The beach is my favourite place and my favourite subject to paint. Mallorca is full of beautiful beaches and coves. This series of paintings captures the brilliant colours of the sea and sky, as the sun rises and falls creating interesting shapes and sections of colour.
Palm Trees have always been my favourite tree and I love painting the palmeras of Palma.

Mallorca Surf
Mallorca does not attract many surfers as the water is too calm to catch big waves. Last year my husband and I bought two long boards and taught ourselves the ancient Hawaiian art of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUPing). It is perfect for the Mediterranean as you can catch the tiniest waves and paddle over the crystal calm sea. It gives you the sensation of walking on water. This series of paintings is about our Mallorcan adventure with Paddle Surfing.
